Client Obligations Before Service Begins

You must disclose all known hazards at the service location before the crew arrives, including mold, animal waste, human biological material, sharps, controlled substances, chemical storage, pest infestations, and structural instability. Failure to disclose is a material breach of these terms, and the Company reserves the right to halt work and charge a mobilization fee if undisclosed hazards are discovered on-site.

Promotional Vouchers and Gift Cards

Any promotional vouchers or gift cards issued through hoardingcleanupvincennes.com carry a cash redemption value of $0.00 and are completely non-refundable under all circumstances. All promotional vouchers and gift cards are completely void within the State of California.

Limitation of Liability — Hard Cap

To the maximum extent permitted under Indiana law, the total aggregate liability of hoardingcleanupvincennes.com and all affiliated service providers for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service in dispute. Consequential, incidental, punitive, and speculative damages are excluded entirely.
